Hi, thank for purchasing my item.Make sure the Oil Paint filter must be enabled. There are three action files if you use Photoshop CS6 then go with the CS6 version if you using CC then open CC Version Action or If you use a cc20+ version then load CC 20+ version action.

If Oil Paint is not enabled then follow these steps.
